Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I have had several large settlements in the last year. One lady was rearended by a semi. She couldn't afford to have surgery on her back due to her situation. Our settlement gave her the financial means to buy health insurance so she can get her surgery, get fixed, and get back on her feet, plus she ended up with approximately $400,000 in her pocket. Another lady received multiple settlements including the full policy limits of insurance coverage under two liability policies and the full limits of underinsured twice under another insurance policy. She is back on her feet now as well. The big difference is getting injury victims substantial money in their pockets, after medical bills paid!

I have a proven track record of hard work, many many settlements and successful outcomes following litigation, and a 28 year proven track record of helping injury victims. I get many referrals from past clients.

Helping an injured person get back on their feet, including getting compensated for wage loss, medical bills, and pain and suffering.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I like to golf when I have time. As I get older, I plan on starting to fish. I am an avid sports fan. Most importantly, I make time for my family. I have been married since 1988 and have four wonderful children.
Are you involved in your community?
Over the years, I have devoted my time to helping my clients while my wife has helped the community. She was volunteer of the year for the local school district that my children attended.
