Professional Experience
Brian was admitted to practice law in Michigan in 1973. He is a member of the bar of all Michigan courts, state and federal (1973); the United States Supreme Court (1984); and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth (1989), Sixth (1977), Seventh (1979) and Tenth (1993) Circuits. He has also practiced before the highest courts in Florida and Maryland. Brian is the Firm's senior appellate litigator, specializing in civil and criminal appeals.
