Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

I won a trial in which my client was accused of hiding roof defects when he sold his home. I won an appeal of an unemployment audit and wage demand for an employer. The opponent was the Colorado Department of Labor.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Honesty and candid advice, fair rates, and the ability to bring disputes to a close.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

Lower rates for the level of experience and expertise, and enough experience that I can rapidly determine strengths and weaknesses for a client. Absolutely amazing attorney 5.0 stars Posted by Jenna December 17, 2016 I hired Brian for unemployment appeal representation. It was a long, ugly complicated case and Brian was amazing throughout the process. He is very experienced and knows what he is doing. We won the case, but even if I did not, I would recommend Brian to anyone I know. He is a very seasoned attorney with significant experience that can go neck and neck against some of the toughest opposing counsels I have seen. Brian has an ultra-calm demeanor, but don't let that fool you, because he is incredible at bringing out specific valid arguments that show his vast knowledge of the law. I feel very lucky to have found Brian, and I honestly came across him through other reviews online that emphasized his experience but his amazingly calm demeanor that is so supportive and needed for someone seeking an attorney. So I hope my review helps someone else that needs legal representation find Brian. He is top-notch attorney and just a decent, really great person in general.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Biking, birding, reading.

Are you involved in your community?

Severe Weather Shelter Network (homeless housing in winter) and church.
