About Brian

Brian was born in 1966 in Thibodaux and raised in Morgan City, Louisiana. He received his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Louisiana State University, where he was recognized in Who's Who Among American Law Students. Brian began the practice of law in Shreveport in 1992. He has been associated by the firm since January of 1996, becoming a shareholder in January of 1998. Brian is licensed to practice before State and Federal Courts in Louisiana and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. Brian is a past president of the Young Lawyer's Section and served as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Shreveport Bar Association. He is also a member of the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, as well as, the Litigation and Insurance Law Sections of the American Bar Association. Brian was recently named a Master by the Inn of Court.

Brian is married to Denise Aillet Landry and has three children, Olivia Grace, Brian David and Adam Joseph. He attends St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church, serving on several parish committees. Brian's avocation is sports officiating. He is a high school football official and a high school and college lacrosse official.
