About Brian
Brian M. Spiegel joined Marshall Dennehey in 2010 as an associate in the firm's Healthcare Liability practice group. He focuses his practice on the defense of medical and dental malpractice, construction litigation, architectural/engineering and other professional liability, premise, motor vehicle and products liability, as well as commercial litigation.
Brian received his Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2008. He graduated from Franklin & Marshall College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History in 2003.
Upon graduation from law school, Brian joined a boutique insurance defense litigation firm in Princeton, New Jersey, where he concentrated his practice in products liability and the defense of contractors. He then joined Powell, Trachtman in 2009 as an associate in the A/E litigation department, where he specialized in representing design professionals.
Brian is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey state courts, as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
