Murder Case Dropped

Client was facing 5-99 years, or life in prison. Found not guilty at a jury trial.

Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Client was accused of brutally assaulting the victim outside a gas station. The punishment range was up to 20 years in prison. Video surveillance and witnesses were available to point to C.N. By exposing the weaknesses of witness identity evidence, flawed video, comparisons between C.N. and the true suspect on the video, and with the use of a skilled investigator, the State dismissed for lack of evidence.

Possession of a Controlled Substance

Client faced up to life in prison for drug possession. After a jury trial, he was found not guilty.

Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child

Client faced up to life in prison and lifetime sex offender registration for the offense. After detailed investigation revealed client would have been a juvenile at the time of the offense, the case was dismissed.

Continuous Sexual Assault

Client faced anywhere between 25 years to life in prison for the offense. After an exhaustive jury trial, he was found not guilty.

Manufacture and Delivery of a Controlled Substance

Case received much media attention for an extensive car chase that resulted in a large amount of seized drugs. After exposing weaknesses with the search and the investigation, the case was dismissed.
