Keith Spencer is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Family Law. That Board Certification mark of excellence and distinguished accomplishment is attained by only one in ten Texas attorneys, and indicates that Keith has substantial, relevant experience and has demonstrated the same in family law cases. Keith was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1987. Mr. Spencer is a graduate of Southern Methodist University and holds Bachelor’s and Masters degrees in Communications from the University of North Texas. Keith is a Board Certified Family Law specialist. Mr. Spencer has practiced Family Law in Tarrant County for over 30 years. He is a qualified mediator authorized to assist in the resolution of family law matters involving children. Tyler Baker graduated summa cum laude from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2019, where here earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and speech communication with an emphasis in pre-law. While in college, Tyler worked for the United States Congress, was elected Student Body President, and served as a University Ambassador. He then attended Regent University School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor. While in law school, Tyler was appointed as a representative to the Council of Graduate Students and was an active member on the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board, where he honed his skills as a negotiator. Tyler also had the opportunity to work for the prestigious law firm of McIntyre, Stein, and Ashby in Norfolk, Virginia, where he focused on business and tort litigation before moving back to Texas. Upon his return, Tyler focused his practice on personal injury and insurance litigation before joining Bailey and Galyen, where he now handles complex personal injury cases. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking his dog, Timber, and reading.

Steve has served as President of the Tarrant County Bar Association, the Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, and the Fort Worth Jaycees. His dedication to the legal community and public service extends to his tenure as an elected director of the State Bar of Texas and Chairman of the Tarrant County Democratic Party. Katherine (“Katie”) Hawkins is a dedicated immigration attorney based in North Texas, with a strong commitment to serving diverse communities. She graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. Hawkins worked as an elementary school teacher in South Louisiana, where she taught third and fourth graders. Ms. Hawkins holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Louisiana Tech University, which she utilizes to provide trauma-informed legal care. Her journey into law was inspired by witnessing a grandmother’s determined fight to protect her grandchildren and access the justice system. This experience fueled her passion to bridge the gap between the broader community and the legal world.
