Mark S. Mr. Norred earned his Bachelor in Electrical Engineering in 1990 from the University of Texas at Arlington. He earned his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1993, and recognized as a licensed Professional Engineer in 1996. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Norred began an engineering firm, which also represents global manufacturers of electronic components, selling them to design organizations in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Kim Smith has been advocating for injured workers in Texas since 2000. After earning her law degree from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, she began her career in Workers’ Compensation law, eventually managing her own firm. Mai Mullen Milton is a native of Pontiac, Michigan but has resided in the Dallas/Fort Worth area of Texas with her family for the last 17 years. Cooley she participated in Moot Court and was a member of one of two teams to go undefeated in the oral argument competition. Her prior legal experience includes serving as General Counsel & Director of Legal & Grievance for the Dallas Teachers Union, serving as a managing partner, and serving as founding attorney of her own firm. Ms. Milton’s primary areas include family, education and civil litigation.
