Paul F. In 1989 Mr. Dervishi obtained his law degree from Tirana University School of Law. Mr. Dervishi worked as a special agent of the General Investigations Office with his office in Tirana. In 1994 he was elected as the Deputy Attorney General by the Albanian Parliament. He served as the Deputy Attorney General of Albania from 1994 to 1998. In 1998 he immigrated to United States. His family arrived in the U.S. within a few months. Upon his arrival in Washington D.C., he met with members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives since his trip was sponsored by the U.S. government. Beginning in 2003, he began to attend Pace University School of Law and graduated with a Master of Law degree in May, 2004. He is now admitted to the New York State Bar and practices law in all courts in our state.

He is admitted to practice in the Federal Southern and Eastern District Courts of New York and has been admitted pro hac vice to the United States District Court for the Districts of Puerto Rico and Hawaii, as well as New Jersey Superior Court. His professional memberships include the Puerto Rican Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York County Lawyers Association, New York City Bar Association, and the Bronx, Kings, Queens and New York County Bar Associations as well as the Dominican Bar Association. Adam D. Cahn is a seasoned litigator, who began his legal career in 1994. His primary focus is representing individuals in personal injury and medical malpractice matters at all levels of state and federal practice. He lectures in the field of trial advocacy and is regularly sought by local newspapers, television and radio stations for his expertise on matters in the legal field. Mr. Cahn has obtained numerous verdicts and settlements throughout New York state on cases involving CRPS/RSD injuries; construction accidents, brain injury litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, lead paint exposure, sexual harassment and general negligence. His litigation background has included criminal defense, corporate and commercial representation. Mr. Cahn earned his law degree at night from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, while juggling a full-time job in real estate finance. At Touro, he was a member of Law Review and received American Jurisprudence Award for outstanding achievement in both Trial Practice and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He co-founded the Touro Environmental Law Journal and was a recipient of the Gary M. Schwartz Fellowship, for which he was awarded a paid judicial internship. He received his undergraduate degree in business management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University.
