Bruce Harrison Brodkey, Attorney

Bruce Harrison Brodkey has practiced law for nearly 37 years, and shares his experience and legal talents with his partners and associates. He has taught many real estate and estate planning classes and seminars since 1985, including Advanced Real Estate Law and Keys to Success In A Real Estate Transaction. In 1997, he was named a Fellow by the Nebraska State Bar Foundation. Mr. Brodkey is admitted to practice in California, Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit, the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska.  

Mr. Brodkey has belonged to many professional associations, including the Nebraska Bar Association, in which he served as a Member of the House of Delegates from 1977 - 1997. With respect to the Nebraska Bar Association, Mr. Brodkey was a member of the Ways and Means Committee for several years in the late 1990's as well as being the vice chair of the Public relations committee earlier.

He has also been involved in the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys and the Nebraska Bar Association. He also acted as Public Relations Vice Chair of the Nebraska Bar Association, and has been involved in the American Bar Association.

Mr. Brodkey earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law. He graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California.

Mr. Brodkey has been a member of the Nebraska Association of Trials Attorneys for over 30 years. He was an attorney advisor to the City Charter Review Commission in the early 1980s.  He has also given numerous speeches on advanced real estate planning and estate planning.  Mr. Brodkey is a lifetime member of the Nebraska State Bar Foundation.
