About Bryan
The Law Office of Bryan P. Lynch, P.C., represents businesses and individuals throughout the greater Chicago metro area, the Chicago suburbs, Cook County, and the collar counties. His practice has a special focus on eminent domain and condemnation, and is complemented by his real estate and business law experience. The Law Office of Bryan P. Lynch is one of only a few law firms in the Chicago area with an established eminent domain practice.
Attorney Bryan Lynch has held positions as a lawyer for the City of Chicago Department of Law, an Assistant Commissioner of the Department of Buildings, and a private practice attorney handling eminent domain, eventually leading a national law firm's Chicago-area eminent domain practice.
In eminent domain and condemnation cases, his legal fees are determined on a contingency basis; the firm charges a portion of only the increase in compensation obtained on your behalf.
