For the past thirteen years, Mr. LaBletta has proven himself to be a dedicated advocate on behalf of his clients. He also has extensive appellate advocacy experience. He has argued multiple appeals before The Superior Court of Pennsylvania, and briefed appeals submitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Due to his accomplishments, he was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine from 2010 through 2017. Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than ten years are selected each year as a Rising Star. Additionally, in 2015, Mr. LaBletta was selected by Rue Ratings’ Best Attorneys of America. Less than 1% of all attorneys in the country are invited to join this organization and membership is limited to 100 attorneys in each state. Membership is extremely selective, carefully screened and limited to the most qualified and accomplished attorneys in the United States. In 2016, Mr. LaBletta was also selected for membership into Top American Lawyers.
