Outcome: 2012 pro bono case in which I negotiated settelment which minimized destruction of trees.
Farmersville vs Two Pups and the Man Who Didn't Want Them
Outcome: 2011 pro bono case in which the Court granted a reprieve for the two puppies upon agreement that they be placed with a shelter outside of the city limits until adopted.
City of Dallas vs Gideon
Outcome: 2010 pro bono case in which a temporary Injunction was granted against City of Dallas preventing its removal of family pets which ultimately resulted in settlement of the case in which the family pets were allowed to remain with the Gideons.
