Substantive areas of our practice include litigation in the areas of breach of contract, insurance, insurance insolvency, partnership/corporate fiduciary, real estate, employment, elder law, probate and family law.

Byron and his team were extremely professional, transparent, and kept us informed throughout the process. I was dealing with a horrible owner finance contract for over 12 years and could not find an attorney that would follow through and help me end the contract with my buyers.
