I was counsel of record for appellant in a Federal appellate case involving Baltimore police officers charged and convicted on various federal charges. The appeal was unfortunately not successful, however it resulted in a published opinion from the Federal appellate court, dealing with the challenges to the conviction.

Writing briefs that are compelling and focused on the core issues on appeal, and that takes--in some cases--reading through voluminous transcripts, pleadings, exhibits, and court rulings.
