About Joshua
Joshua Goldberg was born and raised in Montreal and has been living in Toronto since 2009. He went to law school at both the University of Toronto and the University of Ottawa. He also did a semester of law school at Peking University in China where he learned about the Chinese legal system. Prior to that, Joshua spent several years in China, where he studied Mandarin Chinese.
Since his call to the bar in 2011, Joshua has practiced litigation, primarily in the area of personal injury and insurance law. He handles motor vehicle accident, occupiers’ liability and disability insurance claims. In the course of his practice, he regularly appears before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Superior Court of Ontario and the Ontario Small Claims Court. In addition to personal injury, Joshua maintains a small general litigation practice, and litigates matters in areas such as defamation, real estate and breach of contract.
In his spare time, Joshua loves travelling, especially in Europe and Asia. He is also a devoted foodie, a movie buff and an avid dog lover.
