Prior to moving to Canada, Nate was in practice as a personal injury lawyer. Nate received his Certificate of Qualification from the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) in December 2014 and was called to the Ontario Bar in June 2015.

How did you build a successful practice?
Word of mouth from happy clients is the best way to build success.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Clients should look for a lawyer who is compassionate, is a good listener, and is sensitive to their needs. Some people believe that the best lawyers are bulldogs or have tough skin. The best lawyers I have come across are those who are cognizant of the needs of their clients, and advocate zealously to achieve a fair and just result for their clients.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
We generally like to give a brief description of how we can help, but it is always best to come in for a consultation to get a more panoramic view of the possible benefits to initiating a claim.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Vital information includes the date of loss, how the accident happened, and the injuries sustained.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is being able to help people at their most vulnerable states. After someone has been through a traumatic experience, like a car accident, he or she is looking for help, medically and emotionally. As a personal injury lawyer, I am glad that I can be part of the healing process when my clients realize they can put their faith in me, and my loyalty is completely devoted to advocacy on their behalf.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Spending time with my kids and family is very important to me. I also enjoy reading and traveling.
