Paul is an associate lawyer who has been practicing criminal law with Prouse, Dash & Crouch LLP since 2002. He first articled with the firm and joined the firm as an associate after being called to the bar in 2002. Paul focuses his practice in the area of Criminal Law. Paul will defend you with respect to any type of criminal charge, including assault, theft, fraud, impaired driving, drug offences and other federal matters. In order to strengthen his knowledge regarding impairment and therefore his ability to successfully defend in matters involving impairment, Paul has completed the Intoxilyzer Breath Alcohol Technician course that is offered by ITD Ltd., the agents solely authorized in Intoxilyzer training in Canada. During his years at Prouse Dash & Crouch LLP, Paul has represented clients at all levels of court, including the Ontario Court of Appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada.
