What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

For real estate and estate planning, I can provide an overview of how the process works, explain how a will and powers of attorney work, and inheritance laws, my fees and disbursements.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

For Estate Law - the facts, names, family situation, who inherits, who handles it all. Real Estate - property address , names, closing date, has Agreement of Purchase been signed yet?

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I will go to my clients' homes/places of business/ nursing homes/ hospitals at no extra charge, at a mutually convenient time. Since real estate transactions and preparing wills and powers of attorney are set prices, I do not charge by the hour; clients can call me with questions at any time, speak to me as long as they need to, without worrying about the clock and the price.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Explaining legal concepts to people in a way they understand what they are signing, and why.
