About Carl
Carl G. Wass served as Second Assistant Public Defender of Dauphin County from 1965 to 1966, and Assistant District Attorney for Dauphin County from 1966 to 1969. He was a member of the Central Dauphin School Board from 1971 to 1981. A member of the Dauphin County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, Mr. Wass concentrates on family law, school law and municipal law. Since 1980, he has served as Solicitor to the Dauphin County Board of Assessment Appeals.
He is a graduate of Juniata College and Dickinson School of Law and serves as a civil law instructor for the Minor Judiciary Education Board for prospective magisterial district judges, a labor of love in which he has engaged for 34 years. He is a member of the Mt. Calvary United Methodist Church, where he holds a number of church offices and teaches Sunday School. Mr. Wass has served as a member of the Tri-County United Way board.
