Mr. Carley has been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Atlanta, Ga.for over 40 years. Mr Carley received his juris doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law School in 1970 and his bachelors of science degree from Notre Dame University in 1963. Mr. Carley's philosophy as a probate, estate and trust attorney is to help people especially during difficult times, so they can focus on their personal and financial matters and avoid worrying about legal matters.
