Mr. Carley has been actively engaged in the private practice of law in Atlanta, Ga.for over 40 years. He specializes in and has had extensive experience with wills and trusts law, probate and estate administration law, drafting Wills, powers of attorney, health care directives and various trusts and guardianship/conservatorship law. Mr Carley received his juris doctorate degree from Georgetown University Law School in 1970 and his bachelors of science degree from Notre Dame University in 1963. Mr. Carley's philosophy as a probate, estate and trust attorney is to help people especially during difficult times, so they can focus on their personal and financial matters and avoid worrying about legal matters.
