David McBride is Counsel with Harwood Lloyd in its Commercial and Real Estate Department. Mr. McBride received his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1969 and his J.D. from Georgetown University School of Law in 1973. He has experience in real estate transactions, including commercial closings, residential closings, co-operative transfers and lease negotiations. Mr. McBride is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New Jersey (1973) and the courts of the State of New York (1983).

Ed has over 25 years of experience, and has honed his legal skills in areas such as Wage and Hour, Prevailing Wages and Employment Discrimination and Wrongful Termination. Ed routinely handles New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Whistleblower and executive employment agreements, severance agreements and employee contracts. Ed has obtained successful jury verdicts in these areas. Prior to joining the firm, Ed had his own firm, where he served clients in employment law, Real Estate, Corporate and Commercial formation and Transaction and Traffic Court matters

Marion Solomon is a skilled litigator and negotiator as well as a mediator in New Jersey. She strives to give only the best representation possible because she understands how difficult and stressful the process to get a divorce is. Marion works hard to use her years of experience to make the process less overwhelming for her clients. Marion B. Solomon is the chairman of the Bergen County Early Settlement Panels. For over 40 years, Larry has been conducting trials and appeals in both state and federal courts in employment cases including public employee cases, Lemon Law actions, products liability matters, insurance litigation (including environmental matters, toxic tort and consumer fraud), commercial and corporate litigation, franchise matters, breach of warranty, and similar matters. He has also been involved in the defense of several class action suits and has handled a variety of matters before regulatory boards and he has frequently appeared before the New Jersey Office of Administrative Law. Larry has experience drafting, reviewing, and counselling clients regarding employment agreements, separation agreements and employee manuals. Larry also counsels corporate clients in a variety of areas. He has assisted manufacturing clients in product recalls, preparing warnings, warranties, and owner’s manuals for various products. Larry has been involved in representing clients with matters in China and Hong Kong. In addition to his practice, Larry is Vice President and General Counsel of Foreign Tire Sales, Inc. located in Union, New Jersey.

Ed was born and raised in Essex County New Jersey. He attended Elon University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting. He then returned to New Jersey and obtained a J.D. from Rutgers Law School. He has experience litigating a variety of areas including employment law, environmental matters, toxic torts, personal injury, constitutional violations, and Title 59 claims.

F.R. Chip Dunne, III, is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the state of California, as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. His education background is Wayne Valley High School, Quinnipiac University, and Thomas Jefferson School of Law. Chip works primarily out of our Springfield, NJ, and Kearny, NJ, offices. While attending the Thomas Jefferson School of law, Chip was a lead attorney in a number of mock trial competitions. He received the Jefferson Medal for his outstanding performance in the study of International Environmental Law while attending Zhejiang University in Hangzhou, China. Chip's friendly demeanor allows him to create an environment of trust with each of his clients. Prior to working at Dunne Law Firm, Chip was a Law Clerk to the Honorable Kevin G. Callahan, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Hudson County Vicinage of the New Jersey Superior Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, New Jersey Association, California Bar Association, and Hudson County Bar Association. Chip handles cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense litigation.
