My personal experience with Mr. Scott Gorman was better than expected. I Was recommended to him by mutual friends. I was pretty sceptical at first with lawyers in general but, with time the results where very evident that he knows the law and without a doubt like they say "you pay for what you get for"! I contacted Scott in Feb 2017, after being pulled over on rt 80 and arrested for a DWI. Scott is extremely knowledgeable, well spoken and has an anundance of experience in DWI cases. During the 8 months of dealing with the NJ (don't want to mention the town) court system, Scott and I had 6 court appearances, were he attended every single one of them and always tried to work a deal with the prosecutor. With all of the hard work that Scott dedicated to my case, it resulted in the DWI charges being dropped.nDuring the 8 months of working with Scott I was easily able to contact him through email or cell phone and was even able to contact him some Friday night's when I had some questions. I would recommend Scott to anyone who has to deal with a DWI.

My son was involved in a collision in South Jersey. He has tattoos and wears a baseball cap and it was clear from the onset that the police were profiling him as a drug/alcohol abuser and were more interested in proving their prejudice than securing proper medical treatment for my son. nI received what is every mother's worst nightmare...a phone call from EMT's telling me that my son was involved in a head-on collision and they were transporting him to a local hospital. Little did I know that, thanks to the Galloway PD, this was just the beginning of the nightmare.nWe live in Philadelphia and by the time I got to the hospital, despite his injuries, the police had rushed the ER team to release him into their custody so that they could test him at the police dept. They had a citation for a DWI already written out BEFORE they even tested him. He did not blow the .08 required for DWI but they charged him with it anyway. I knew it was time to shop for a lawyer.nWhen we met with Scott, I knew I could stop shopping. FIRST & BEST! He is a family man, he was prompt, professional, and despite his being a Ranger's fan very charming and engaging. ;-) He explained the process to us, what our options were and what the best and worst outcomes might be and his rates were very fair AND he returns phone calls and emails promptly (if you've ever hired a lawyer...that's HUGE!!!) nThanks to Scott, a hearing proved unnecessary, the case was settled quickly, the DWI was dismissed and the outcome was the best we could ask for. Hopefully, I and my family won't be in need of legal services anytime soon but if we do, I would hire Scott again in a heartbeat!
