St. Pierre’s experience included handling all types of cases in the Probate Court from complex commercial cases to simple Probate Estates that need to be opened in order to transfer real estate. Presently, St. Pierre is the President of the Warren City Council. He was also a Special Assistant to the Attorney General in the Probate Court for approximately twenty years. St. Pierre has been involved in cases whereby he has been on Dateline and has successfully handled Criminal Sexual Conduct cases through Jury Trials on numerous occasions and received not guilty verdicts. St. Pierre is a guardian of the Fourth Amendment in regards to search and seizures. Additionally, there has been shareholder and corporate disputes which have been resolved by St. Pierre’s experience.
St. Pierre is a member of the Macomb Bar Association. He is a graduate of Wayne State University and Detroit College of Law, now Michigan State University.
