About Cha'Ron

Attorney Cha’Ron Ballard knows first-hand what it is like to experience financial difficulties. Growing up in the inner cities of Philadelphia with a single mother who had extremely limited financial resources, Cha’Ron is one of a small group of rare attorneys who can truly relate to the hard times and financial struggles you are experiencing.  With a covenant of protection from God, Cha’Ron persevered through challenging times to go on to attend Saint Joseph’s University where she graduated with a Bachelor‘s Degree in Legal Studies and a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice.

Cha’Ron then attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she graduated in the top 25% of her class in 2008. Cha’Ron also holds an active Georgia Real Estate Broker’s license with over 20 years of real estate experience. Before opening The Ballard Law Group in 2011, your Consumer Bankruptcy Firm, she worked for some of the largest bankruptcy firms in the state of Georgia.  The Ballard Law Group has assisted two bankruptcy firms in the Atlanta area and their clients when the firms closed or transitioned out of the practice of bankruptcy law. Because of her experience, skills, and compassion for her clients, the Courts and non- bankruptcy attorneys throughout the Atlanta area continue to refer clients to The Ballard Law Group for debt relief.
