About Chad
Chad E. Kukelhan practiced law in Indianapolis, Indiana for over two years. He and his wife moved back to their home town, Decatur, Indiana in 2004 and he has practiced with this firm ever since, Chad's practice has focused on criminal defense and litigation. Chad has handled several jury trials and enjoys being in the court room and preparing for trial. In addition to his focus on criminal litigation, Chad practices in the areas of Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning, Probate, Business Organization, Business Representation, Contract Analysis, and Personal Injury.
Chad is a 1991 graduate of Bellmont High School, Decatur Indiana. He graduated from Indiana University-Fort Wayne in 1997 with a degree in Political Science, and earned his Juris Doctor at Indiana University-Maurer School of Law in 2002.
Chad is not just a lawyer, he also enjoys spending time with his family and friends doing various activities such as hiking, biking, playing golf, cooking, and entertaining.
