My Practice was built on caring about and relating to what a client is going through emotionally and financially. The attorney & client relationship in Family Law cases is more important than in other areas of practice. Knowledge, experience and good communication skills are also a plus.

When clients have a family law issue they should look for expertise and experience in the field of Family Law.

Generally, the prospective client should seek an attorney with experience in the court their matter is set in.

A phone consultation should leave the prospective client with honest answers to their most urgent questions. Competent answers are not always welcomed by the prospective client but any other form of answer is solely for marketing purposes. You are better off knowing the truth.

Any consultation will be more useful to the prospective client if the attorney knows the following (information needed varies based on what you need help with), assuming divorce; [1] Where do you live., [2] How long have you been married?, [3] How many, if any children do you have?, [4] Do both parties work?,[5] Do you own a home?, [6] Do you and your spouse have pension benefits?, etc.
