Charles W. Gittins has spent his entire working adult life as either a member of the armed services himself or as a civilian attorney focused exclusively on military law matters. He represents both officers and enlisted personnel worldwide in matters ranging from courts-martial trials and appeals to discharge reviews. He has been where you've been and he's here for you now.
Attorney Charles Gittins has spent nearly 20 years focused solely on defending the rights of our nation's defenders worldwide. He represents both men and women, as well as officers and enlisted personnel in matters ranging from courts-martial trials to discharge reviews and has won the respect of both his clients and opposing counsel for the quality of his work in these areas.
As a former JAG officer, Mr. Gittins has a thorough understanding of both military law and how the military justice system works, from courts-martial trials to AWOL appeals. As a former member of the services, he also has personal experience and first-hand knowledge of military life himself.
