About Charles
Triad Law Group is a small, specialized law firm dedicated to serving anyone experiencing a "construction" problem. From homeowners to contractors, public agencies, to insurance companies, government contractors, architects to engineering firms, sureties and public agencies and we can help resolve the problem. Our practice is concentrated in the areas of construction and contract law, and, to a lesser extent real estate and business.
Given our concentration we can help resolve most problems that may arise.
Since it was founded in 1994 by Charles Greenberg, Triad Law Group has focused on providing its clients with insight and expertise in resolving construction related issues that arise on construction projects.
We deal with liens, building code issues, scheduling, adequacy of construction workmanship, as well as controversies regarding construction contract terms and conditions, releases, disclaimers along with a host of other issues that might come up during the course of construction projects.
We understand that our clients want and deserve the best value and highest quality of legal services for their money.
Given our history, our focus and our expertise, we first enhance the value of our service by attempting to avoid litigation. We frequently resort to and apply methods of alternative dispute resolution after disputes arise and/or where appropriate we employ methods of preventive consulting before disputes arise (or at least before they get "out of hand.")
Sometimes, however, litigation and/or arbitration cannot be avoided. We have litigated and/or arbitrated hundreds of cases and in those cases where it is necessary, we believe that our litigation experience will help get the best results.
In addition, to providing legal services we sometimes venture into the educational arena. We have presented numerous seminars and workshops to a variety of construction related organizations over the years. If you are a contractor, owner, or someone else associated with the construction process and believe that you need to sharpen your skill any construction legal area, give us a call (or refer to the "newsletter page" of this website). The hope is that we can make our clients savvier and hopefully prevent disputes from occurring.
As noted above, Triad Law Group's practice is concentrated in the areas of construction and contract law.
