I was successful in reducing a Client's appraised value of real estate for tax purposes from $2.2M to $700,000 resulting in a reduction in annual taxes of $35,000 per year.

By providing sound advice and a reasonable price one Client at a time. I have worked hard to build trust and value. By building this trust, I have benefitted by referrals to Client's friends and families.
