About Charles
Charles Thronson is a senior shareholder in the Litigation department and head of the personal injury section at Parsons Behle & Latimer. He practices in the areas of general litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, medical malpractice and products liability cases. Charlie has handled a number of cases for personal injury and medical malpractice clients that have generated some of the largest recoveries in Utah history. He was one of the first attorneys to file an intra-articular pain pump lawsuit in the U.S. He has also developed an expertise in the areas of labor law and construction contract litigation, representing a number of the firm's clients in their commercial, labor and construction matters. Charlie has been an adjunct professor of law at the S.J. Quinney School of Law at the University of Utah, and a frequent lecturer. He is listed in the Top 100 Lawyers in Utah, and has been recognized for the past 14 years in The Best Lawyers in America.
