He’s been through several serious injuries himself, including a motorcycle accident at the age of 17 when he lost his left leg, just above the knee. Kelly understands the trauma and stress that follow a serious accident and has made it his mission to defend the rights and settlements of personal injury victims.

Before John earned his law degree from the University of Michigan, he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in both Economics and Mathematics from the University of Iowa. Diana has been a mediator for twelve years, since 2012. She has helped hundreds of couples resolve their divorce and custody conflicts through mediation, without the extra cost, delay, and emotional trauma of litigation. Diana is also an attorney and has represented people in family law cases, including divorce, custody, and paternity matters, for 30 years. She is intimately familiar with the law, courtroom procedure, judges and litigation. Diana is also skilled at diplomatic negotiation, and has resolved countless cases over the past 30 years as an attorney, through mediation. She was a founding partner of "Huntsman, Lofgran, Walton, PLLC, where she has led her firm in practicing law since 2005. She is presently of counsel with HLW, having retired from litigation in March, 2024. Whether helping a couple as a mediator, or representing a person as an attorney, Diana enjoys helping others find hope and resolution in difficult times -- divorce being one of the hardest things a person may face. That being said, if a couple is willing to try, Diana is passionately committed to the concept of mediation, as opposed to litigation and court rooms, as a far more positive, less costly, faster option of resolving conflict.

Run-Zhi was born in a small town in southern China, and left home at 17 to attend college hundreds of miles away in Wuhan. Following college, Run-Zhi came to Texas to pursue a Ph.D. in life sciences at Texas A&M University. In pursuing the American dream, RunZhi always gives one-hundred percent no matter how difficult the task. It was in Texas that Run-Zhi experienced first-hand how complex and impactful the law can be in one’s life and was inspired to pursue a legal career. After completing his Ph.D., Run-Zhi attended The University of Michigan Law School where he received the Clyde A. Dewitt Law Scholarship. After obtaining his law degree, RunZhi worked in the biotechnology industry for almost a decade and authored numerous research articles and book chapters. Run-Zhi is an attorney admitted to practice in New York, Utah, and the USPTO, with a focus on intellectual property. Run-Zhi previously worked at an IP boutique law firm helping his clients secure, transfer, and protect their intangible assets, and vigorously defending their rights against infringement. His experience includes patent prosecution, complex litigation of patent, trademark, and copyright matters, as well as personal injury civil litigation. He has represented individual and corporation clients in various IP and civil matters.

I joined Robert DeBry in November 1997 after working as in house counsel for a nutraceutical company where I was in charge of FDA compliance, patent and trademark procurement, and outside litigation. As the lead attorney for Mass Torts at Robert DeBry & Associates, I have dedicated my career to helping people that have been injured by dangerous drugs and unsafe medical devices. My practice includes complex civil litigation, pharmaceutical and general products liability, multi-district litigation, consumer protection, personal injury, wrongful death, and class action litigation. I have successfully represented clients in claims against pharmaceutical giants such as Bayer, Johnson & Johnson, GlaxoSmithKline and Pfizer as well as medical device manufactures Bard, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, Zimmer, and DePuy. I am actively representing clients injured by Actos, Avandia, Fosamax, Granuflo, Januvia, Nuvaring, Testosterone replacement therapies, Xarelto, Yasmine, Yaz, and Zofran. She is also pursuing claims against the makers of Metal on Metal Hips (MOM) including Biomet M2a Magnum, DePuy ASR, DePuy Pinnacle, Stryker ABG II, Stryker Rejuvenate, Wright Medical Conserve, and Wright Medical Profemur. In addition, I represent women that have suffered life altering consequences from failed trans-vaginal mesh products, used to treat stress urinary incontinence (leakage of urine during moments of physical activity, such as coughing, sneezing, laughing, or exercise) and Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP). I earned my bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 1988 in Political Science and Economics. I completed post-graduate work in Economics before attending law school. I graduated from the University of Idaho, College of Law in 1992 and was admitted to the Utah State Bar that same year. I am an avid equestrian. I own Quarter Horses and am a member of the American Quarter Horse Association and serve as a board member for the Utah Quarter Horse Association. I enjoy trail riding with my daughter and friends and attending horse shows. During the winter I enjoy watching my son compete in men’s gymnastics.

Josh began practicing law at the international law firm of Kirkland & Ellis LLP in Chicago in 2002. There he focused his practice on preparation and trial before federal and state courts of cases involving a broad range of business-oriented substantive law issues. Those issues included breach of contract, torts, products liability, employment matters, construction litigation, real estate and insurance overage. From 2006 to 2012, Josh continued his litigation practice in Atlanta, most recently at Rogers & Hardin, LLP. He has experience defending financial institutions, manufacturers and sellers of consumer products and services, and other large corporate clients. He has represented them in individual suits, class actions, qui tam claims and other complex cases in venues across the nation, including courts located in Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, California, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Texas, Delaware, New Mexico, Louisiana and Utah. Josh has also cost-effectively resolved numerous commercial disputes for clients by pursuing creative litigation strategies, and by obtaining favorable results short of trial through arbitration, mediation and negotiation. Since moving to Heber Valley in 2012, Joshua has expanded his practice to include criminal defense, estate planning and business transactions. Josh is fluent in Swedish and speaks Dutch as well. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Georgia and Utah as well as several federal district and appellate courts across the country. Josh and his wife, Dagmar, who has a Ph.D in biomechanical engineering, are the proud parents of four children and love living in beautiful Heber Vall

After graduating from the University of Utah Law School, Corbin returned to his home town to practice law. Over the intervening years, Corbin has gained substantial experience in water law, real estate law, corporate law, criminal defense, mediation, civil litigation, and estate planning. Among Corbin’s experiences are jury trials and appeals to the Utah Supreme Court. Additionally, Corbin has represented judges before the Judicial Conduct Commission and has worked extensively with the Utah State Engineer’s office for water rights. In his free time, Corbin enjoys writing music and playing in a band. He and his wife, Heather, love spending time out of doors with their four children.

Adam’s practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and civil litigation. Adam’s family law practice focuses on issues such as divorce, child support, alimony, custody, protective orders, modification orders, and paternity actions. Adam helps clients through times of significant family transition through the court and mediation processes. Adam’s personal injury practice focuses on helping clients after car or motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip and fall accidents, and medical malpractice claims. Adam has a passion for helping people that have been injured through the careless action of others. Adam’s litigation and settlement practice is focused on helping individuals and businesses resolve disputes and solve problems in a wide range of litigation matters, including business and commercial disputes, real property, trust disputes, torts, and contract disputes. While Adam has significant litigation and trial experience, he also understands the value and benefit of alternative dispute resolution. He understands that litigation is not always the best course of action for his clients, and he works closely with his clients to analyze their needs and desires and to develop a course of action to best further those needs and desires.
