About Charlotte
Charlotte G. Swift, a former partner with Jason, Nesson & Swift, L.L.P., became associated with the Firm in 2008, joining the Commercial Litigation Department headed by Richard H. Sarajian. Ms. Swift practices in the areas of business litigation, construction litigation and employment litigation, specializing in employment discrimination litigation. She regularly represents clients before the EEOC and NYS Division of Human Rights. Ms. Swift also has extensive appellate experience in both state and federal courts, including before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the New York State Court of Appeals, and is a guest lecturer on Mechanics Liens in
