Questions & Answers

Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

A few months ago, Alyn Law Office, PLLC represented a client on a DUI case. The initial offer was plead guilty as charged, from a very stern and difficult prosecutor. I was able to meticulously review the evidence and find a basis for a reduction to Reckless Driving. Not only was a Reckless Driving resolution reached, but the client also was granted an Adjudication Withhold - which allows the client to deny any conviction at all upon successful completion of probation terms. In this particular situation, the client went from a DUI to the possibility of no conviction at all.

How did you build a successful practice?

Alyn Law Office, PLLC not only prides itself on its exceptional legal analysis on each case, but we also pride ourselves in the care and individualized attention we provide to each client. Every person has a unique situation and story. We strive to provide representation contoured to the needs of each individual client.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Legal skill, respect and compassion for every situation.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is important to case success; however, of utmost importance is legal knowledge and the ability to successfully maneuver within the court system.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

While I will provide a free phone consultation, I prefer to meet in person. It is important for a client to get to know their attorney, and that is very difficult to accomplish over the phone. A client should feel comfortable, well cared for, and have confidence in an attorney's legal knowledge. Only an in person consultation can allow a client the opportunity to gage their prospective attorney.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

Prior history, type of charge, location of court and next hearing date.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

Alyn Law Office, PLLC is dedicated to defending your freedom. We truly care about each individual client and go out of our way to provide the assistance that you will need in your particular situation. We have 14 years of legal experience to dedicate to your case.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

Helping clients in what may be the most difficult time in their lives. Being charged with a criminal offense or facing a family law case can be terrifying, helping ease or eliminate a client's fears is the most rewarding part of being a lawyer.

What are your other interests in addition to law?

Alyn Law Office, PLLC regularly assists the community by providing pro bono services to local high schools and clients.
