Christina Brotto focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters. Christina has represented investors and developers in the purchase, financing, sale, development and leasing of office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects. Christina's clients include national and regional developers of office, retail and industrial properties. She also represents numerous tenants in office and industrial leases, including build-to-suit transactions. Prior to joining Toussaint & Carlson, Christina represented the world's largest retailer in its real estate transactions throughout the Midwest. Christina has represented lenders in negotiating and closing loan workouts and restructurings.
