About Christine
Christine M. Zicaro has brought a new dimension since joining the firm in March 2005. As an associate, she directs and manages the residential real estate department of LoConto, Burke & Madaio. With over 8 years of extensive experience in the conveyance of residential real estate, her expertise and dedication to her clients is a welcomed addition to the team.
Christine earned her undergraduate degree in 1992 from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. She graduated cum laude. She earned her juris doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, Massachusetts in 1997.
Upon graduation, she was offered an accepted an associate position with a prominent real estate practice in Worcester, Massachusetts. After 2 years in that position, she began and maintained her own successful law practice for 6 years before joining the firm.
Christine is a member of the Real Estate Bar Association, Worcester County Bar Association and the Women's Council of Realtors. She, in an effort to aid her clients in all areas of representation and understanding, also is a licensed real estate broker. She is also an active member of Business Network International.
Christine brings a unique approach, seldom seen in a busy law practice, when representing her clients. She takes the extra time and provides individual attention to all her clients. Rather than delegating important decisions, Christine handles each client's matter personally and gives each party to the transaction, whether buyer, seller, broker or loan officer, individual time and attention. Believing that no question should go unanswered, Christine prides herself on being available to all her clients. Whether first time home buyer/seller or seasoned veteran, she makes sure each transaction is handled in a professional manner.
