CHRISTOPHER G. BOVID graduated cum laude with his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business and the Honors College at Michigan State University in 2001. In 2004, he earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, with a Taxation Law Concentration Certificate from the Michigan State University College of Law.

Mr. Bovid is the co-author of: Contingent Fees: To Tax or Not To Tax?, Michigan Bar Journal (October 2004). He was a resident clinician for the Michigan State University College of Law Rental Housing Clinic and the Michigan State University College of Law Tax Clinic; a member of the Michigan State University College of Law Student Bar Association and the Michigan State University Council of Graduate Students; and was appointed as the Michigan State University College of Law Winter 2001 Graduating Class Representative.

Prior to joining Myers & Myers, PLLC in 2005, Mr. Bovid clerked with the Michigan Attorney General-Criminal Prosecutions Division; the Flint (MI) City Attorney; and the Ann Arbor (MI) City Attorney. He is currently a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Livingston County Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association for the Eastern District of Michigan, the Federal Bar Association for the Western District of Michigan, the American Bar Association, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
