About Christopher

The Keleher Appellate Law Group handles all phases of appellate litigation in federal and state courts across the country.

Christopher has written briefs and presented arguments to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth, Seventh and Eighth Circuits and the Appellate Courts of Illinois.  He also drafted writs of certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States.  Beyond the appellate realm, Christopher assists trial attorneys in writing motions for summary judgment and motions to dismiss.

He has been cited by numerous media outlets, including the Associated Press, New York Times, and Chicago Tribune. He also appeared on ABC News, where he was interviewed about the use of anonymous juries.

Christopher clerked for the Honorable William J. Bauer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  He passed the 2000 Illinois Certified Public Accountant Examination on the first sitting. Christopher was awarded first place in the 2012 Indiana State Bar Association Harrison Legal Writing Awards for his article "Class Inaction: The U.S. Supreme Court Reins in Class Actions.”

The Keleher Appellate Law Group utilizes Mr. Keleher's federal appellate clerkship and significant appellate experience to write briefs that are polished and persuasive.  As a former client describes her experience, "Chris captures all the details of a brief with enormous accuracy and makes compelling arguments such that the appellate court agreed and reversed on every single issue."
