About Christopher
Christopher joined the firm in 1997 and concentrates his practice in the area of domestic relations, defense of workers’ compensation claims and general civil litigation. He also handles a variety of other legal matters based on his experience practicing law in Pennsylvania since 1992 and Ohio since 1993. He has experience with and has prevailed in bench trials, administrative hearings and civil and criminal jury trials.
Christopher received his law degree from the University of South Dakota in 1992. In 1986, he graduated from Youngstown State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communication. He is the recipient of numerous creative writing awards and has had work published in the American Bar Association’s The Complete Lawyer (Family Law). Case opinions published in which he served as counsel include Commonwealth vs. Cummings (Mercer County Law Journal), State ex reI. Sawmill, Inc. vs. Industrial Commission (Ohio Supreme Court), In Re Beagle (Bankruptcy Reporter), State of Ohio v. Rozier (7th District Court of Appeals), State of Ohio v. Christian (7th District Court of Appeals), Bonacci vs. Grenga (7th District Court of Appeals, Ohio), McCloskey vs. Mogg (7th District Court of Appeals, Ohio) and Gentile v. Gentile (8th District Court of Appeals). He has also appeared before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania on numerous criminal (Commonwealth v. Justin Johnson), (Commonwealth v. Tiffany Taylor) and civil appellate matters (Rudolph v. Rudolph), (Ward v. Arnold).
