About Christopher

Chris represents employers in a wide range of federal, state and local employment law matters.  Chris works with companies to establish affirmative action and equal employment opportunity programs/policies, develop employee handbooks, and establish health insurance and retirement benefit plans (including defined benefit and defined contribution plans governed by ERISA). Through this compliance related experience, Mr. Rendall has acquired knowledge of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), National Labor Relations Act, (NLRA), Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), Title VII, the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act (WFEA) and the Wisconsin Continuation Law.  In addition to the above, Chris also has experience drafting phantom stock plans, non-compete, confidentiality and separation agreements, and employment contracts.

Mr. Rendall is currently obtaining his Masters of Business Administration in general management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with an expected M.B.A. in 2010.  His M.B.A. courses have assisted him in identifying legal issues that could affect his current clients.
