About Christopher

Christopher N. Wollan began his career with Glaser Weil as a summer associate in 2006.  In September 2007, Mr. Wollan joined the Firm's litigation department full-time, and became part of the Environmental/Energy Department shortly thereafter.

During his time at Glaser Weil, Mr. Wollan has gained immense experience in all phases of litigation.  Mr. Wollan has drafted and responded to pleadings, conducted discovery, been involved in all stages of motion practice, and prepared for and attended trials.

Since joining the Environmental/Energy Department, Mr. Wollan has worked on numerous cases involving widespread environmental issues.  Particular areas of environmental litigation in which Mr. Wollan has been involved include: CERCLA, CEQA, insurance coverage disputes (both from the insurer and insured's standpoint), and nuisance and trespass law.

Mr. Wollan earned his Juris Doctorate in 2007 from the Pepperdine School of Law with cum laude honors.  While at Pepperdine, Mr. Wollan was a member of both the Pepperdine Law Review and the Appellate Moot Court team.  In addition, he was awarded the Witkin and CALI Excellence Awards in Criminal Law and appointed as a research assistant for his Criminal Law professor after his first year.  Mr. Wollan also earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration, majoring in both Marketing and Human Resources, from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, with cum laude honors.

Mr. Wollan is a member of the Firm's softball team.
