Our Managing Attorney, Tim Treffinger is a former prosecutor with the Storey County District Attorney's Office, and the Nevada Attorney General's Office. Mr. Treffinger prides himself on working with individuals to meet their legal needs at a reasonable fee, with payment plans available depending on qualification, and works to provide options for those who seek representation. In 2022 Mr. Treffinger was the Republican Nominee for Clark County District Attorney receiving votes from both Democrats and Independents (along with his Republican party votes), and totaling nearly 300,000 votes in support of his campaign.

Zachary focused his law school experience on criminal law, externing with a local public defender’s office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada, and multiple criminal defense firms. Zachary also served in the law school’s criminal defense appellate clinic, where his brief on behalf of an indigent client earned the law school’s award for excellence. After law school, Zachary relocated to Tampa, Florida where he began his career with the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office before moving to a highly regarded criminal defense firm in the Tampa area. He has defended individuals accused of a broad range of offenses, including DUI, battery, drug and weapons possession, sex crimes, and homicide. Zachary returned to Las Vegas in 2020. Prior to joining Sgro and Roger, he served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Ellie Roohani in the Eighth Judicial District Court, managing a split docket of criminal and civil cases. Outside of the office, Zachary enjoys traveling, playing poker, and providing long-distance support for his University of Connecticut basketball teams.

Danielle is an associate attorney at Sgro & Roger, representing clients in a range of personal injury, criminal, and family law matters. She is devoted to helping her clients obtain the most favorable outcome in the resolution of their cases. Danielle joins the firm after completing a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Eric Johnson in Department XX of the Eighth Judicial District Court. During her term, she assisted the Court render decisions in various civil and criminal matters. She also gained invaluable trial experience working on medical malpractice, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and felony cases.
