About Claudine

Claudine Cloutier, a partner and manager of the tort department, joined the firm in 1996.   Her trial successes include a Suffolk Superior jury verdict in excess of $1.3 million in a construction site injury case and a Hall County, Georgia jury verdict of $475,000 in a products liability case.  She has had numerous settlements reported in Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly as well as the Verdict Reporter.  She authored the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education article Who Is Responsible For An Injury On a Residential Construction Project? and co-authored and later updated the MCLE article Practical Aspects of Pursuing a Construction Injury Claim .

She completed her undergraduate studies at Yale University in 1992 and graduated cum laude from Suffolk University Law School in 1995.  She was admitted to practice in Massachusetts in 1995 and in Rhode Island in 1996.  While in law school, she was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award as well as the Corpus Juris Secundum Award for scholastic excellence.
