About Clayton
Clayton A. Morton has practiced law since 2006. At Caddell & Chapman, his practice focuses on commercial litigation and class actions. Prior to joining the Firm, Clayton practiced commercial and securities litigation at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. Clayton also served as a Briefing Attorney for Justice Jane Bland of the First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.
Clayton graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, with a minor in Business Administration. In 2006, he graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law. While attending South Texas, Clayton served as an Articles Editor for the South Texas Law Review, and he was a member of the Order of the Lytae and Phi Delta Phi.
