Her responsibilities included research and assisting with the writing of criminal appeals for a three judge panel.
 
has twenty two (22) years of criminal defense experience – first as an Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit, Pasco County, Florida and as a private attorney for over nine (9) years. CC has also represented citizens in civil commitment hearings and has served as a legal guardian.CC has tried over one 150 jury trials including Capital Murder, Capital Sexual Battery and DUI Manslaughter. CC has also tried many complex felonies including aggravated felonies and domestic violence. She has also handled thousands of misdemeanor cases including license suspensions, battery and worthless checks, as well as probation violations hearings.  CC also represents citizens on all traffic infractions.
