Clyde O. Black, II, was born on March 6, 1940 in Roaring Spring, Pennsylvania. He received a B.A. Degree in Philosophy from Gettysburg College in 1962 and his Law Degree from The Dickinson School of Law in 1965. He served as Notes and Comments Editor of The Dickinson Law Review from 1963-1965. He was a member of the National Moot Court Team in 1965. He served as Assistant District Attorney for Blair County from 1966-1972. He also served as past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Gettysburg College. He is currently a member of the Blair County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar. Mr. Black concentrates his practice in the following areas: Estate Administration, Real Estate and Wills/POA's/Living Wills/Trusts.
