Chris is a Utah-licensed attorney who works exclusively in personal injury, auto accident, and general negligence matters. Chris is a combat veteran (he served in Iraq for twelve months), husband, and proud father of two energetic children. After graduating from the University of Utah law school in 2008, he worked as an associate for a large Northern California law firm, where he litigated civil and domestic cases, including high-profile wrongful death matters. After returning home to Utah, Chris worked with a small local firm, where he honed his skills in personal injury and auto-accident matters. Now, he practices exclusively in dog-bite and auto-accident cases.

Brad DeBry previously worked at Robert J. DeBry & Associates in various capacities for more than 25 years.(Brad DeBry is not associated or affiliated with Robert J. DeBry & Associates, P.C.) Brad started out sweeping the floors and making copies at Robert DeBry & Associates while still a young man, and upon seeing how the work his father Robert performed on behalf of others made a difference in their lives, he knew that this was the path he wanted to take. Excited to start his own law firm The LawyerUp Injury Group now serves clients throughout Utah and Idaho. More than anything else, Brad is motivated by helping people navigate through the difficult and traumatic experiences in their lives. Finding ways to help families receive the financial compensation to cover medical bills, rent, and other expenses to overcome these trials and move on is what brings Brad satisfaction in his work. Brad received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah in 1990 before going on to receive his J.D. from the California Western School of Law in 1996. He was admitted to the Utah State Bar in that same year. Brad is also a member of the Utah Association for Justice and serves as the Utah Chairman for the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association. Outside of work, Brad enjoys spending time with his wife and five children, including making time for their school activities and other events. He’s also rated as an FAA-Certified Flight Instructor and an Airline Transport Pilot. Brad enjoys scouting and is very active in the Boy Scouts of America and their mission to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes. James E. Harward attended Brigham Young University and received a B. A. degree in English. His legal education and training came at the University of California Hastings College of Law in San Francisco. Mr. Harward has over 30 years of legal experience in private practice, corporate counsel, and government positions including the Director of Legal Affairs to the Industrial Commission (now the Labor Commission) and Administrative Law Judge for the Utah State Tax Commission. He has developed his practice of providing outstanding personal legal services to a select clientele ranging from airline companies to medical device development and manufacturing companies. His expertise is particularly helpful in new company development and reorganizations and restructuring of struggling companies. His trial experience is extensive and broad from complex tax matters to white-collar criminal tax matters. In addition to his experience in the practice of law, he was a board member of the Utah State Department of Professional Licensing and Chairman of the licensing board, President of the Utah Chapter of NAPEO, co-chair of the Utah State Bar Task Force on administrative law reform, Adjunct Professor for the National Judicial College, University of Nevado-Reno and an avid outdoorsman and family man.​
