I became a lawyer to pursue justice for my clients. We founded Springer and Steinberg so when someone is injured or needs the scales of justice to be balanced in their favor we use our considerable experience to get them the results they deserve. Over the years I've litigated hundreds of cases in the Denver area and throughout the country. Mark E. Kraynak is an experienced criminal defense lawyer. Mark represents people charged with DUI/DWAI felonies, misdemeanors as well as lesser charges. Also, auto wrecks and personal injury and some general civil litigation.

Wade has been an attorney since 1975 in the Denver, Colorado area. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, then moved to Denver in 1971 to attend Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Wade immediately started his own firm and began helping individuals in need. Wade’s passion for helping people can be seen through his many years in the legal profession and also in his membership with the Bikers Against Child Abuse. He is currently a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers College, and the attorney for the Colorado Confederation of Clubs. Outside of work, Wade enjoys riding his motorcycle and attending community events.

Sean Walsh grew up in Denver, CO and graduated from the University of Colorado business school in 2000. He graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 2003, passed the Colorado State Bar and has been practicing in Denver, CO ever since. He is a trial attorney who specializes in motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, medical malpractice, and other forms of civil litigation. He is an active member in the Colorado and Denver Bar Association, Colorado Trial Lawyer’s Association as well as the National organization of the American Association of Justice. Sean Walsh, along with his partner, Brian Lampert, formed Lampert & Walsh, LLC to battle the Insurance Companies and force them to fairly compensate victims harmed by the negligence of others.

Tom Bulger has been a member of the firm (then known as Silvern Law Offices, PC) 1996 when he moved to Colorado here from Philadelphia, where he had worked for a large personal injury law firm. He is a graduate of Canisius College (honors in History, and International Affairs) and Rutgers University School of Law (1993). He has worked as a clerk for a United States District Court Judge and the U.S. Attorney’s Office in its criminal and Organized Crime Divisions. He has been successful as sole trial counsel and also before appellate courts. His record in jury trial includes verdicts for our clients of $640,000.00 (motorcycle accident), $160,000.00 (auto accident); and over $500,000 (slip and fall on ice in the mountains). Recently his appellate advocacy on appeal preserved a $470,000.00 judgment that he had won in Adams County in a slip and fall case. He has also obtained millions of dollars in quiet, confidential settlement for our clients, and has received a rating of 4.4 of 5 from the Martindale-Hubble peer review process (Distinguished) and 4.8 of 5 (Preeminent) based on client surveys. Tom has handled cases all over Colorado, from trials in the Denver Metro area (Denver, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Boulder, Lakewood, Littleton, Thorton and Broomfield) to the mountains. He is currently the managing member of the firm. In addition to his background in personal injury law, he has developed a strong employee benefit practice which focuses on long term disability, short term disability, medical (and other insurance benefits), and ERISA cases (the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974). He has helped hundreds of Colorado workers obtain needed insurance benefits.

Alan C. Shafner was born and raised in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from the University of Colorado with Distinction in 1975, and received his law degree from The Houston College of Law, Houston, Texas in 1978. After graduating from law school, Alan was a trial attorney for the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office in Golden, Colorado from 1979 through June 1983. During this time, Alan was the lead prosecutor on several high profile felony cases, including murder and sexual assault cases. In 1983, Alan joined the law firm of Fogel, Keating and Wagner as an associate, and later became a named partner. After 28 successful years, Alan opened his own personal injury law firm. In 2011, The Law Offices of Alan C. Shafner was formed, serving a variety of personal injury litigation cases.

Jon C. Boesen is the founder of Boesen Law, LLC. Mr. Boesen has 26 years of experience and practices in civil litigation, where he has represented thousands of people in all kinds of litigation, including jury trials, workers’ compensation hearings and social security disability hearings. His primary emphasis is in personal injury where he has successfully handled wrongful death, car crash, truck crash, motorcycle crash, slip and fall, dog attack, liquor liability, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury cases and other kinds of bodily injury claims. Mr. Boesen has also handled and overseen numerous Mass Tort Claims and Class Actions involving bad and defective pharmaceutical drugs and products, including the representation of over 4,000 claimants nationwide in the Fen-Phen Diet Drug litigation. Eric Staton lived in Illinois until he was in the second grade, then in Spring, Texas, until his junior year in high school. His family moved to Littleton, Colorado in 1990, where he finished high school at Heritage High School. After high school, Eric studied English and Philosophy in Regis University, so the practice of Law appealed to him because he wanted a career that utilized his strengths in writing and analytical thinking. Eric studied Law at Rutgers School of Law. Eric was mentored in the area of workers’ compensation by one of the best lawyers who ever practiced in that area in Colorado, and he focuses his legal practice primarily on workers’ compensation claims, wrongful death claims, and injury claims of all types. Eric Staton has been a licensed Colorado lawyer for over twenty (20) years and has been with the Mintz Law Firm, LLC since March 2005 as a personal injury lawyer.
