About Connie
Ms. Gould's practice is focused on representing insurance companies in the areas of bad faith and coverage. She also has a wide range of tort litigation experience representing insured against auto liability, homeowner liability, and professional liability claims.
Ms. Gould practiced as a Registered Nurse in the intensive care units at the University of Chicago Medical Center for approximately three years before attending law school. This provided her with a unique opportunity to work in the surgical intensive care, medical intensive care, neurological intensive care, and cardiac intensive care settings. This experience has been particularly helpful litigating ERISA claims in the life, health, accident, and disability areas, as well as defending insured against tort claims.
Ms. Gould has actively served on several non-profit boards and scholarship committees in Yuma County, Arizona, and serves as a volunteer at her children's school.
