Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I like to think I make a difference in every case I am involved in. I mainly do loan closings. It's my job to recognize any problems with the ownership of the property and resolve those issues so that the new owner does not have to deal with them down the road.

I take the time to listen to my clients situation or proposed transaction and make sure we are taking steps to reach the desired outcome.

Good communication.

Extremely. Knowing the area and the people and other attorneys involved is vital.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I will take a more than a few minutes speaking with the client to try and determine if I can help or not, but generally avoid providing legal advice over the phone.

As much as possible. Generally, who all the parties are, the location of the property and a brief description of the issue(s) and/or proposed transaction.
